Decentralized Democracy

If two parties to an agreement are equal in the strength of their positions, the agreement reached between them will be balanced.

If they are unequal, the agreement will favor the stronger of the two. Unfortunately, even in our current representative democracy there exists the high likelihood of an individual having no choice but to accept an agreement with an organization, such as a health care provider,

that is unbalanced in favor of the organization.
